Design, mold, and trial — all under one roof.
From the first drawing to the injection press, every step is done in-house, the standard way — nothing farmed out, nothing cut short.

Standard mold base, done right
A finished mold on a proper standard mold base — guide pins, ejector pins, return springs, all where they belong. This is textbook construction, not a shortcut. The kind of tooling that runs for years without surprises.

Mounted and trialed in-house
The mold, craned into the injection press and clamped up for trial — the standard, correct way to prove a tool. We design it, build it, and run it ourselves, so every part of the process is under one roof and one pair of eyes.

Every step in the shop
Drill press, grinder, hardened bits — the machining is done here, in-house, not farmed out to strangers. From cavity to cooling to the finished bore, one shop owns the whole chain and stands behind it.

Hand-finished and checked
The final fitting and finishing bench. Cavities are polished, shut-offs checked, fits corrected by hand before anything ships. Old tools, exact standards — the details a buyer can trust, start to finish.
