Quality & IP

Approve the sample. Control the version. Check the pack.

A merch project needs shared acceptance criteria, not just a photo that looks right. We define the checks and responsible parties in the written scope.

Before production

Record the sample revision, material, finish, dimensions, artwork placement, packing and what needs another approval.

Review sourcing & samples ↗

Before kitting

Agree item IDs, counts, reward rules and missing/damaged-item handling. Decide which checks are full counts and which are sampled.

Review kitting controls ↗

Before handoff

Confirm labels, cartons, pack-out evidence and the destination provider’s receiving requirements. Shipping routes and responsibilities are project-specific.

Testing or certification needs must be identified for the actual product and destination. A visual check does not replace required testing.

Rights & access

Original or authorized IP only.

Artwork access

You confirm your right to use the submitted designs. Share the minimum approved files needed for a quoted task; agree access by partner suppliers first.

Ask about confidentiality ↗

Recipient data

Start with destination countries and approximate order counts. After the route is agreed, define address transfer, access, correction deadlines and retention with the responsible provider.

Start without an address list ↗
The engineering workshop shown on this site is separate evidence from the merch service. Merch suppliers, packing operators and carriers are identified for the agreed project; these pages do not claim a global warehouse network.
FAQ

Questions before sharing files.

Can I send artwork before an NDA is signed?

You can start with public product references or a project link. Ask for the appropriate NDA and agreed recipients before sharing confidential source files.

What happens if a sample or batch differs from the agreed version?

Record the difference and evidence, then agree the responsible party, correction, cost and timeline before continuing. The written project terms define acceptance and remedy responsibilities.

Are every product and destination already supported?

No universal product or destination claim applies. Materials, tests, transport options and partner availability are reviewed for the actual brief.
